Fiber on pole but not available?
ATT fiber has been present on my utility pole since 2020 but still is not available at my home. Why is that?

Is the fiber on a pole in the front yard or backyard?
Can immediate neighbors to left and right order fiber service?
Are you a corner lot?
By fiber on pole referring to a fiber terminal not fiber strand on its way elsewhere?
Pic(s)?

Hey, I had a very similar issue. So, AT&T's system is kind of wonky when it comes to network availability. What I did to get around it was alter my address a little. For example. Lets say you have an address like 123 anywhere lane nw. AT&T may say they don't offer fiber in your area, however, if 123 anywhere lane (without the NW) doesn't exist in your zip code, try putting that in. It worked for me and now I have super fast fiber internet.
