Fiber on property but ordering tool says it isn't available
We have two homes on our property. One has had fiber installed for several years. I'm trying to get it installed in the other home, but the online tool says fiber isn't available in my area. Based on similar posts it looks like an address validation must be completed, but the links posted no longer work.

Each home must have a different address recognized by the USPS to get fiber installed.

The home has a separate address and is in the USPS database. The AT&T tool populates with it correctly and no other utilities have had an issue.
I found that link but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t have a place to input the address so it fails to submit. The one that is usually shared here and that people have had success with just redirects to the main fiber availability page.

The link works for me from a smart phone. If looking from a pc, try removing shopmobile

The link loads, but you can’t actually submit it. It’s a page that was redirected from somewhere where an address was already entered and there’s no place to enter my address. If I click “try another address”, it just redirects to the main fiber availability page like the other link.

Call 800-288-2020. Ask for an address research. Hopefully Att help will reply and assist you too.
