Fiber repair

The box for the fiber connection to the houses around my house was not properly closed and move got into it and chewed up all the fiber connections.   The neighbors and I have been waiting two days for a tech to come out and repair it.  When we’ve called each day, they just tell us that it will be fixed by 10pm that day.  But we never see anyone come out to even look at it.  We’re not able to work our remote jobs because of this and have to burn through what little vacation we have.  How long can I expect to get this resolved.
