How long should it take after receiving notice that fiber will be available for fiber to actually be available?

In November I received a letter stating that ATT Fiber would be available at my house within 30 days. Its now nearly February and it still isn't available. Is there anyway to get an updated date of when it should be available?

I understand there are often delays with these types of things, but I figured there was some sort of way to track this. Chat support just kept on insisting I sign up for the DSL internet and wouldn't answer my questions unfortunately.

The 30 day notice is a lie. It took 15 months for fiber lines to be installed (including 4 gas line breakages), and then a further 2 months until service was offered.

No way to know. Att does not release that info to the public or employees. Have you seen any fiber infrastructure being installed? Overhead wire or buried wire work? Att contractors or att trucks on your street?

A ATT contractor specifically left a notice in November saying it would be 30 days. We saw them work on the ATT boxes in October and work on equipment at the start of our complex in November.
