How to request my address to be added to the fiber availability online.
How do I get my address updated to an address that has fiber availability? All of my Neighbors addresses show available but not mine. The fiber optic cable is clearly visible on our entire road. The houses on each side of me show available online.

If you haven’t gotten answer in three weeks. Check online to see if service is available. If not, reply back here. There is another option.
The houses on your left and right have 300/500/1000 speeds available? Aerial fiber with these every 8 houses or so?

reviving this old post. As @dweiskopf said, the above link no longer works. Is there another link? My house is surrounded by fiber installs and trucks are everywhere, but I still can't seem to get service at my house. Thanks!

If homes immediately on either side of you (same side of street) have fiber, then call AT&T and request an address validation. That is supposed to have them check what is physically available against the database. Be prepared that it can take weeks as their other work takes priority, and that in the end your home may not have been setup for fiber or that the local node is at capacity (so no open ports for a new customer). So just be ready to go with another provider if they don't have what you want.
