If I enroll in the 100 mbps plan, am I able to upgrade to the 1 gig plan and receive the same promotional offers?
I'm torn between starting off with the 100 mbps plan or the 1 gig plan. I want to start with 100 and see if I need to upgrade, but Im worried I wont be able to receive the same promotional offers if I decide to upgrade?
Does anyone know if I'd be eligible still?

Are you sure you have fiber service available? The 100 plan was a copper only plan. There are no more fiber promotions. Just standard pricing. So upgrading from 300 to 1000 would just be a price change.
