Installation delay
I put in the order more than a month ago and the worst part is that I also ported my home phone which opens the gated community entry. The number was ported successfully, meaning disconnect from the old service but so far, neither fiber internet nor phone has been set up. The technicians and the customer serive kept repeating the same reason : the signal is too weak...
Any advice?

We are so sorry about the issues you are having trying to get the AT&T service. There are many reasons why the service may not be making it to your house, but in the end, if the signal is too weak, there is no way for us to get service to that house. We are not sure how the number was ported, since service is a requirement before we port the number over, and we apologize about that. Please reach out to us on chat to get your number moved to a service that we can provide.
