My neigbour have Fiber for 2 years and I still don't
Any Idea why is it possible that my next door neighbor have fiber for almost 2 years and I still don't and there's no ETA on when they'll make it available?
I live in San Jose, ATT installed fiber on the poles years ago, but still nothing... It's so disappointing.

By neighbor, you mean the house to the immediate left or right of you on the same side of the street… not across the street, around the corner on a different street or in back of you?
What about the neighbor on the other side of you, can they order fiber?

What about to the left and right of you?
ATT fiber deployment is for specific planned areas, streets are the boundaries.
Example a 6*6 city block for fiber, everything outside the encased 6*6 is not part of that deployment.
ATT goal is 30+ million by end 2025 and currently has provided fiber service availability to 24 million since 2016.
Two year to go… 6+ million more within 21 state footprint will receive the service out of 36+ waiting.
