New Community with fiber boxes installed
Hi! I live in a new community that doesn’t show up as a neighborhood that qualifies for fiber on your site. I have an ATT Fiber box in my backyard and my next door neighbor just got ATT Fiber installed yesterday. Who can I chat with to get the ball rolling for me?

Talk to the neighbor to see what they did…
I suspect your address is not in the system, will require calling 800-288-2020 and asking for an address validation case to be opened, given a case number with address being turned green hopefully within 30 days. If not able to order in 3 weeks call back with the case number received.
