New Construction

I am a developer and own a parcel of land.  Fiber is located on the parcel however when I call in to order new service I am told there is no service to my address.  I can literally show a picture that shows ATT Fiber.  We move into the new construction house on 11/23 and have tried numerous times to get ahold of someone with ATT.
