New subdivision fiber, ATT doesn't show address. Need engineer to validate and run fiber to new home construction

SpringNet is the contractor that laid all the new fiber lines in the neighborhood. SpringNet validated ATT would be the ISP. ATT doesn't show my new address as is a brand new subdivision and we are the first house being build.

The excavator has the ground opened up as footings/walls are poured and would be ideal time for ATT to run fiber from the box to where will be connected at my house.

ATT runs the wire when service is ordered, the address is in the USPS data base and a tech can install equipment while placing fiber line on ground creating a work order for local burial crew, most markets a contractor, to bury at a future date. A single tech dispatch is the ideal.

If wish to perform something ahead of time ask your electrical contractor to install conduit from ATT terminal closest to your home to your home, install pull string, and cap off ends then hope the conduit does not become damaged while your home is constructed.
