No rewards card

I’ve called got transferred to many different people, no help on phone for hours, seems to be a ru around, no help for. 9 months.  I may go back to old provider.

Let's look into your reward card, @Scipiobob,

NOTE : We recommend that you check your Email/Spam folder for the reward notification email or letter with a claim number.

And, to redeem your reward, you must claim it within 75 days from the date on your notification and keep your service active.

Please visit our Rewards Center in order to access your rewards. You can input your account number and zip code to view this information. After you check your Email/Spam folder

Tip: Make sure to use your reward cards soon. They expire 6 months after we send them out.

Good luck, I went thru the same ordeal and was told I needed proof I was owed and that I had waited too long. They could’ve looked at when my account was created and they knew what promotions were going on at that time. Hope you took pictures of all the offers that popped up as you were signing up. (Edited per community guidelines) that you can be baited in like that and then treated like a fool for actually thinking that you’d get what was promised to you. I’m seriously considering taking my internet and phone lines to a competitor. Best of luck to you!! Hope you get what was promised!
