Only half of my new gear was delivered?
I just ordered the enhanced WiFi Package. I was expecting a new router and a new extender, but I only got one tracking number. An extender arrived today, but no router. Of course, the tracking number shows "delivered". Any ideas how to get my router?

What do you have for your modem/gateway/ most have a built in router, if you want more than that you have to purchase a third-party router

You posted in the fiber forum which means you would have a gateway, most likely either the BGW-210 or the BGW-320. The gateway is a combination unit of modem and router.

I have a 210. When I placed my order, I got an email that said I would be getting an extender and a 320.

@hbennick you don't get a new Gateway if you already have a BGW210-700. Just the 4971 Extender since the Extender works with the BGW210-700. The Email is just generic.

Grrrr...
It appears that the 210 doesn't support IP6. Is that correct, or is it Reddit fodder?

The gateway supports IPv4 and IPv6... IPv6 can be disabled in settings.
The BGW-210 supports wifi of 2.4Ghz g/n and 5Ghz n/ac but not WIFI 6 (ax).
Perhaps that is what you meant?

Ah Yes the BGW210-700 fully supports IP6 what random rumor did you read on Reddit?. By chance did you really mean Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax)?

Yes, I'm hoping for WiFi 6. I have a very busy WiFi home. I have a large family, and I work from home as well. It isn't unusual to have three people on business video calls (zoom or google meet), another two on facetime with friends, and at least two more streaming youtube kids, while spotify is playing on alexa somewhere in the home. I'm trying to get that moving as seamlessly as possible.

Your best bet is to purchase and install a mesh system that supports WI-FI-6.

OK the BGW210-700 does not support Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax). Do you really have enough devices that actually support Wi-Fi 6? Unless you are using the 4371 Extender with an Ethernet backhaul to the Router there is no real performance enhancement for client devices.
To upgrade to a BGW320-50x unit AT&T will want to install Fiber directly to the back of the BGW320. Where is your standalone ONT located today? They don't want to send you a BGW320 as a self-install upgrade to your BGW210-700.
