Reward Card Scam -- So over AT&T

It's really terrible that what you sign up for and what you're promised you have to fight so hard to get. I signed up in June for fiber and it said I would get $150 giftcard. I added 2 additional codes for $50 each; all totalling $250. There was no problem getting the 2 $50 cards but I never received the $150. Figured I would give it time but I guess it was too much time. Now 135 days later they are saying I'm beyond the 120 days so I don't qualify for the reward any longer. I asked to speak to a manager. She told me to hold to check my account. After 5 mins of waiting she hung up on me without a word. Real shiesty business and I no longer wish to be a part of this. They did us dirty from the beginning by not installing our internet in time we had to wait almost 4 days to have working internet leaving me and my wife out of internet and we both work at home.

Update 11/2/2023 after 7pm: On the phone again and the agent had me on hold, told me he was talking to someone from the rewards center. I waited to speak to his supervisor who told me the promotion was $150 OR Amazon home bundle. I have the screenshot and that is not what the promotion was. He said he would just transfer me to the rewards center. He transfers be and the reward center is closed.. from 6pm actually. :|  So who was the previous guy talking to and why would you transfer me knowing their close. This is just getting worse!
