Street wired for Fiber and Neighbors have installed it - Website says it's not available for my home

Fiber was installed in my neighborhood about 6 months ago.  All but three home on my block (including mine) show up as having access to fiber on the 'check availability' AT&T site.  For some reason, my house shows as not having access to AT&T Fiber.
I ran into an installer this morning who was working on a home on my street. He said to look for an orange wrap on the wire at the utility pole. If wrapped, it means I have fiber available on the utility pole nearest my home. I confirmed that the utility pole nearest to my home has the orange wrapping over the wire.
How can I go about getting Fiber to my home when the website incorrectly says it's not available?

Fill this form out. Do the three house have a different street address than the other? Different number sequences? Can the house to your immediate left and right get Att fiber?

Yes, the three houses all have different addresses. The house on my immediate right does have access to fiber. I have two empty lots on the left, but the third lot has a house and does have access to fiber as well.

I tried the link above but it does not recognize my neighbor's address.

Does the address get recognized here?

If no, that address is not in the Att database.
