Trying to order new fiber internet service online but continue button keeps spinng on profile/sign-in page.

I have been trying to place an order for new Fiber internet service. The service is available at the address but the continue button on the sign-in profile page keeps on spinning and never getting to the next page. I have checked the sign in is working fine on other tab and problem happens just on the order page. Not sure how to work around this.

Attached below the screen shot of the problematic page. I have tried all 3 browsers, firefox

, chrome and safari. All gives me trouble on this page and unable to continue.

Wait a few hours and try again. Could be an Att issue. Clearing history and deleting cookies may be helpful too. Try from a smart phone too to see if it is only happening on your other device
