What does the "free upgrade to fiber" actually entail?
I keep getting AT&T emails trying to convince me to upgrade to Fiber, stating that both the installation and service will be free - no additional cost. Does that just mean I will keep paying the same amount for Fiber that I am paying for my WiFi now?

Regarding the info on the upgrade from Wi-Fi to Fiber, There are no installation charges for existing AT&T customers and the plans are price guaranteed for 12 months from the installation, post 12 months the customer has to renew the price.

Service will not be free. Login to your Att account. Go to internet, manage plan. You should see the different plans and prices available. You can also check here to see if you are actually eligible for fiber service.
