As stated in the link, 22.4% of residential addresses have ATT Fiber within zip code 76060.  If, when, where, who may see a further expansion within the next 4 to 5 years would not be forthcoming until after the work is completed and the addresses turned green for ordering.

With over 14 million residential fiber addresses (18% of total footprint within 21 states) adding additional addresses of 2 to 3 million per year for next couple years means some will have future service and some will not.

My estimate is 60 million addresses are currently UVERSE based hardwired service of either ADSL2+ (speeds of 18 or less... 20 million), VDSL FTTN (speeds 0f 25, 50, 75, 100 based upon copper loop after the fiber... 26 million) and FTTP Gigabit Fiber (up to 1000... 14 million)

If ATT adds 10 million addresses be end of 2024 this would bring total to 24 million fiber addresses or about 40% of all hardwired addresses. Note there is 15+ million that are cell tower only service of either Fixed Wireless (1.1 million) or HOMEBASE aka HOTSPOT.

No one here can tell you when or if Fiber will be available at your address.

Here is a referee for your review: https://broadbandnow.com/Texas/Kennedale?zip=76060
