Why would the app say that I can get fiber but it says something different on the website?
When I open my app and I click on internet it says on the top congratulations you can get super fast or hyper fast fiber internet I'm currently on the vdsl 100 service I've been waiting for fiber that's all around me but the website says it's not available at my address I can't post a screenshot but yeah why would it say that when I try to change my internet it says to call a number from xxx-xxx-xxxx.,...

If the website says fiber is not available (yet) and @ATTHelp says it’s not currently available, you’re going to have to accept those facts, like it or not. 🤷♀️
