About SIM Unlocking

I am having trouble unlocking my SIM lock.

I am unable to log in now,
I entered my IMEI and tried to unlock it, but it says come back in 24 hours.

It appears that you have since left the session. To protect your information, the session has been closed. A new unlock request will be initiated.
I cannot proceed after this is displayed.

I am very troubled.
Please help me.

Thank you for your reply.
I can't even create a user ID.
So I am having trouble sending a message through the inquiry.

Hi@ATTHelp

I tried both, but could not proceed.
This is the message I am getting.

[Looks like you stepped away. We closed your session to protect your info.]

I would like to talk to support but I can't even make an international call.
I would like to message someone to resolve this.

Hi @SHIHO147, we comprehend the issue you are facing, and would like to assist in resolving it.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page (https://www.att.com/support/contact-us/), and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Looking forward to speaking with you!
