activate my local line on AT&T phone

I got a Samsung Tab E from my brother in UK and to use my MTN line on it is not possible as the line is reading unreachable what can i do

Hi, @Richkid_18 we understand the importance of being able to use the device. 

 

Just to make sure that we're on same page, please check if the device is unlocked by using the following steps:

Please submit your request using our Device unlock portal and your device must meet our Eligibility requirements..

  • Is an AT&T phone or device and isn’t active on another AT&T account.
  • Hasn’t been reported as lost, stolen, or involved with fraud.
  • Is an AT&T PREPAIDSM phone that has had paid service for at least six months.

    Also, for AT&T Prepaid® device. Submit your request using the most recent version of the AT&T Device Unlock app.

Once completed. check your email (including spam or junk folders) or text messages for updates and instructions. If you don't have a wireless phone account, you have to select Confirm request on the email we send you.

 

If you still face issue, kindly have the account holder contact AT&T, so e can help you further.
