AT&T Illegal Porting / Slamming
I hope the subject gets the attention of someone at AT&T who can help.
I am caught in the middle of a porting nightmare where AT&T ported away from Spectrum the phone number of my 91 year old mother. Currently she cannot be reached by children, friends or other relatives.
Who can help resolve an issue where AT&T took a phone number from another carrier, but has not yet assigned it to an active account. I need to get it ported back!

The number ended getting ported back late yesterday. The service from the 4-5 different AT&T representatives was the absolute worst I have experienced in a lifetime. It showed me the true colors of a company I had worked for at one time. Absolutely no care for the customer and no interest in trying to resolve the issue. Hopefully they can change at some point, but I will never plan to be a customer again. Telling as many people as I can about this experience.
