billing-payment by check(mail)
My payment is being paid from a trust account. The stipulations of the trust say "no electronic payments" so I will be paying by a physical check. The bill itself reads, "make checks payable to AT&T MOBILITY...the trustee made it payable to AT AND T...is that still ok? ..my account # is written in the memo.

You should be ok @Steffijack333 with the name spelled out as it is.
I do highly recommend keeping an eye on the bill to be safe at http://sm.att.com/d80286ac. If you notice the payment has not gone through, a new check may need to be sent out. This is very rare though.
