Business Billing Issue
Hopefully I can get some help here. I'm trying to get a charge removed from a business line bill, for a canceled line. This is the 3rd "Final" bill that we have gotten and after getting it, I called in and talked to someone in retention, and they told me the charge would be removed as the line was already canceled. Now I'm getting threatening letters. Any help would be very appreciated.
