Cannot call out with U-Verse voice
I can receive calls but when I dial out it gives me a dial tone…. You dial the number then it just short beeps like a cell phone that has no service. Any number that you try.

First, try unplugging your Gateway for 15-30 seconds, then plugging it back in. See if that corrects the issue. If not, you may have to call 800-288-2020 and report your issue.
