Change Shipping Address

I have been trying for several days to get my shipping address changed so my new purchase can be shipped.  The AT&T website will not let me change the address.  It continues to say the address is not recognized.  CHAT cannot help and neither could shipping.  

How can I get AT&T to recognize my physical address so I can receive my new phone and supplies?

We can definitely assist with placing your order.

 

Since you recently moved, you will need to update your address first on your account profile and then you will be able to place the order to the new address. This address change may take a couple of business days for the system to update to your new address.

 

Therefore, if you are having trouble selecting your new address, you can call customer care on 800-331-0500 or visit an AT&T store to place your order.

 

We can also assist you here from this platform if that is your preference.

Thank you for reaching out. We'd like to provide more information about your order delivery preferences.

 

For your security, when orders are placed, there is usually no room to edit the address, especially when the order has been shipped.

 

The options possible right now are either to make arrangement to transfer the items from the registered address if the order has shipped or to cancel the entire order and reorder the items if it has not shipped. 

 

We understand this must be frustrating but it's necessary to minimize loss due to illegally re-routed orders.

The item hasn't shipped.  I cannot even finish the order due to the fact that AT&T will not recognize the physical address.  

I recently moved and was not only trying to update my physical address but I need to have my new phone (that I cannot even order due to AT&T not recognizing the address) shipped to my new physical address.
