change the number of rings

Hey @pwbenz923. We'd be happy to help you with the amount of rings for your phone service. 

First, we'd suggest clearing the cache and cookies from the device you're using. There can be saved data that could be interfering with you being able to see the settings to change the number of rings.

Then we'll need you to follow our steps again to change the number of rings before your voicemail answers:

• Sign in to your myAT&T account.
• Go to Account Overview > My Digital Phone > Check or manage voicemail & features. 
• On the Voicemail Settings tab, scroll to General Preferences and select Set Number of Rings Before Voicemail. 
• Chose a seting ranging fom 1 ring (6 seconds) to 6 rings (36 seconds).
• Select Save.

You can also search for the manual of your specific type of phone for steps to adjust the amount of rings for your phone service.
