cingular flip iv unlock
hi, i bought a brand new cingular flip iv from amazon with unlcoked tag on the box, so when i tried to unlocked the phone via at&t unlocking site.
We’re missing some info

If the phone in the box has an unlocked tag, why would you need to unlock it?

Bro.. if the phone is tagged as unlocked, but is not in-fact unlocked, then you should return it to the seller. AT&T will not unlock a phone until it passes the requirements (as listed at https://att.com/unlock ) regardless of how the phone was represented or tagged when sold. This means being connected to an active, paid account for the requisite period of time.
