I'm trying to sign up for automatic billing. AT&T won't accept my Bank of America Visa credit card. I repeatedly get the message "We hit a snag and couldn’t add your payment info. Please check your info and try again later."

@Fred Hoeptner AT&T has been encouraging customers to use either a debit card or ACH if you want to get the $5 Autopay credit along with the $5 paperless billing for a $10 per month credit on your account. Other providers are doing the same thing to control the costs that the credit card companies are charging them and to curtail some of the issues that plague credit cards in general. It could also be a glitch in the system so try again.
