Expired rewards card for elderly customer
Hello, My mother has an expired rewards card. She had no idea how to use it! It was for $400, and she really could use the money to pay for her AT&T bill!

This is a user forum, not AT&T support. Best suggestion is call the number on the card to see if there's anything they can do. AT&T doesn't issue or take care of the card that's all done by contracted third parties.
