Ok I'm Billy H (Edited as per community guidelines) im trying to get my old land line number that belongs to Cranford roofing back and port to my mobile device. The number is (Edited as per community guidelines). I had that number for over 40 years and I retired I closed it. My grandson has recently reopened the company and we are trying to get that number back on. It is still associated with the buisness.  So what do I need to do to get the number to my cell phone. My carrier is c spire at the moment

If you no longer have the number and canceled the service you can't get it back.  Numbers are computer generated and the reps can't give you a specific number working or not.  Rules might be different for a business line, but you'd have to contact them to see, this is a residential forum.
