Has anyone else been running into the error 'Invalid postal code. Please verify and try again.' when trying to pay their bill?

I've been trying to pay my Prepaid phone bill for the last couple of days but every time I do, I keep getting hit with the error '

Invalid postal code. Please verify and try again.' I've tried using both debit card, credit card, and PayPal Pay in 4 and nothing seems to work. I've re-entered my info a half dozen times now and it keeps giving me the error. 

Has anyone else run into this issue?
