Hello,@Pl4tov, Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you are having a great day. I can understand how important it is to unlock your device. Please click on the link below to unlock your device.

 

While unlocking your device, please follow this instruction :- 

  • It should be AT&T phone or device
  • Your device should not be active on another AT&T account
  • You must wait 60 days from purchase date to submit an unlock request (Installment Plan pay off & Pay in Full).
  • Not reported as lost or stolen, or involved with fraud
  • Account is not past due
  • 3G Sunset devices can be unlocked if eligibility requirement are met
  • Devices on cancelled CTN/accounts are able to be unlocked if all other requirements are met
