Hey @Magixaba,

We understand that you’re facing difficulties unlocking your Samsung Galaxy A125U without an AT&T SIM card. To unlock the devices you should be based in US.

Please make sure you are filling out the form carefully and correctly.

Typical mistakes are not filling in the correct yes or no bubble when asked if the phone you are trying to unlock has an AT&T phone number connected to it.

Or using your alphanumeric password rather than your pass-code which is a 4- 8 digit numerical.  Cache and Cookies:

  • Sometimes cached data can cause issues. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt the unlock process again.
    Different Browser or Device:
  • If you’re using a web browser on your phone, try switching to a different browser or using a computer.

Here are the steps to request a devices unlock :

  1. Go to our Device Unlock portal.
  2. Select Yes if you are an AT&T Customer, No if you are not an AT&T customer.
  3. Enter your phone number # if you are an AT&T Customer. Enter your IMEI if you are a non-AT&T Customer.
  4. Follow the prompts.

Check the status of your request by:

 1. Go to our Status Portal.

 2. Enter your IMEI Number & Request Number.

 3. Follow the prompts.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.

Hello,
I am glad to receive a message from you because I have made dozens and dozens of attempts, even with different browsers: Edge, Chrome and Firefox, which I have always used on my computer, but also with the Samsung A125U mobile phone.
The answer even now, has always been the same anguished answer for over a month and I am stubborn in trying even other unlocking systems, but nothing!
To think that today I felt like leaving my mobile phone in the drawer and forgetting it there.
I hope you can help me: I can send you photos if you want. The important thing is that we unlock the mobile phone. Many thanks

Hello. This news.  A wonderful American friend of mine helped me and actually from the United States he was able to get an unlock code. Unfortunately, however, the problem is the same.  The phone remains locked. Is there any solution. Actually AT&T maybe needs the original SIM AT&T? I left the original SIM in Sardinia, about 3000 km from here where I live. Suggest? Thanks
