how to cancel
I am trying to cancel my home phone, but cannot because when I call and say that's what I want to do i get transferred to a line that does not answer, and when I try the chat line I get transferred to a chat that does not answer. Should I just stop paying till they give up?

Saying cancel service at the voice prompt should get you to the correct group.
