How to recover my eSIM

I accidentally erased my eSIM while resetting my iPhone. But I still need my phone number as well. It's tied to my bank details and other forms of identification. I want to know what I should do.

Please follow these step:

Go to your myAT&T account overview. Sign in, if asked.
Scroll to My devices.
Choose Manage wireless for the device that needs a new eSIM.
Select Device options, then Get a new eSIM.
Confirm your selection to Get a new eSIM.
Follow the prompts to complete your eSIM setup.
