Hi @Tom69, thank you for reaching out to us.

To answer your question, if your iPhone is blacklisted, it means that the IMEI number of your device has been blocked by the cellular carrier due to theft, loss, or unpaid bills. A blacklisted iPhone can't access its associated cellular network to use data or make calls.

In order to help you with your concern, we'd like to know a bit more of what's happening :

  1. Do you have an AT&T postpaid, prepaid, or data-only account and service?

Reach back to us with more details to help determine the cause.

Thank you for reaching out to our AT&T Community.
