I have a iPhone that is blacklisted
I take out a iPhone on contract an it’s saying blacklisted, can I unlocked the phone to a different carrier.

To answer your question, if your iPhone is blacklisted, it means that the IMEI number of your device has been blocked by the cellular carrier due to theft, loss, or unpaid bills. A blacklisted iPhone can't access its associated cellular network to use data or make calls.
