Icsolutions calls

I have att and have been having issues receiving ic solutions inmate calls. It'll come thru sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I have called ic solutions and nothing is wrong with my account so I'm starting to really think it's my phone service. Is there anything I can do to find this out?

If some work and some don't I doubt very much it's AT&T. What exactly happens when it works and when it doesn't. Do you get a recording? Do you hear a disconnect? Do you have to dial a code to accept the incoming call? Is your caller ID showing it as a spam call? Are you blocking unknown callers? You need to provide more details as to the actual issue.

Oh ok im sorry! It doesn't even come through. He gets his family to 3 way me and that's the only way I know that is trying to call me. He said when he tried to call me it like goes to vm but never comes through on my end either as a call or voicemail. I do not have blocked callers blocked. The number he calls from is saved in my phone and also saved as my favorite. He said he can call and call and sometimes finally it'll come through but he can call everyone else and it works fine.

If it's going to your voicemail it is getting through, just rerouted to your VM. Are you getting an indication of a missed call or VM message? What AT&T phone service do you have? Make and model of phone system or phone? Is he sure it's your VM he reaches?

No it's not coming through at all even to my vm. Not getting any missed calls or nothing. I have a s23 ultra. It was working fine last month and just recently these problems started.

You've posted in the home phone forum; this should be in the wireless forum. Hopefully someone will move it for you, if not you should start a topic in the wireless forum. This could be something that's changed in an update to the phone itself, or an option got changed, but I'm not real well versed in wireless problems.
