Incompetence

We cancelled ATT over 1 year ago and they are STILL sending us invoices, what losers. They set a whole new standard of incompetence.

They must all be volunteers as paid employees would have to try really hard to be this incompetent. I think the SEC should get involved and fine them and eventually shut them down, since NO company this comatose should be allowed to exist!

Well assuming you called and at the voice prompt said cancel service, which would get you to the correct group that handles cancelations, file an FCC complaint.
