I assume you already contacted AT&T to report the issue and confirmed either an outage or they need to send a tech out?

As for credit, contact AT&T and ask. This is a public forum of other customers so we cannot provide any credit.

You can call and ask for a credit after service has been restored… if out for 2 weeks would expect a 50% of monthly bill credit.

Only AT&T can answer if you will get a credit. As @my thoughts clarified, usually you need to wait until service is restored and then call. This is so they can credit from the day the outage started (or service call was scheduled) to the day it is resolved. That way you are credited for correct time as they will not assume when your service is fixed by.

As for a number, that was posted already as is in the signature of all my posts. You do need to call during their business hours of course, so I wouldn't try today being most places shut down for the holiday.
