Locked Sonim Model XP9900
Hello there,
I bought this phone brand new and filled out the guarantee, unfortunately it is locked, is there any way I can have my phone unlocked from AT & T …? It is permanently locked with AT & T. Unfortunately here is no AT & T service here in Dunedin, New Zealand.

So return it to the seller and get your money back. Even if you were in the US it probably does not meet ATT's requirement for unlocking.
