My Unusable cell reception ay my house

Have contacted ATT help about my poor cell reception in my location , I made several calls and even talked to a tech about resetting my phone and so many other things that never helped with my reception issue. We even bought new iPhone 13's thinking our older phones were the problem.

The last service tech I spoke with a few months ago said there looked like a problem at an ATT tower close to our house and should ne fixed in a few days, well months later no change in signal level, I can drive a half mile away and get good signal.

I talked to our local ATT store about the signal level problem and they said I need to purchase a cell phone signal booster at around $300.00 .

I feel that I pay $200.00 a month for three iPhones and feel the responsibility is ATT's.

I work as a ON Call Engineering manager and need my phone to workout all times, so since my cell reception is so bad, I rely on my WiFi internet for service, this is nor right for when I am paying for a service I cannot use in my own house, I do not have a metal roof or metal siding on the house so I do not have ferrite insulation from cell service, incase you needed to ask, I am a RF engineer and I do understand problems with digital signals from external sources.

Anyways, anything you can do to help me would be greatly appreceiated.

I do have a 3 acre lot undeveloped that would be an ideal ares to install a re-transmission tower for others in our area with cell reception, especially the Beltrami County Fair the have very little to no reception that is only 1 mike away from my house.

Please see the picture enclosed showing my house location and cell reception of 1 to -1 bar.

Thank you for your time, please help.

Might want to post this in the wireless forum. AT&T most likely isn't going to put in another tower and the cell phone booster was a good suggestion. Might want to check them out at Best Buy or online, I'm sure you can get one for a lot less than $300.00
