This is an open public forum, you've given scammers your personal information, you'd be advised to edit out that information by using the 3 vertical dots and select edit. Then call customer service and at the voice prompt say cancel service.

Calling 800-288-2020 request to cancel at prompts, will need account number and security code for the account.
If do not have that information but have POA will need to visit a store front to my knowledge.
