Phone outage land-line
We have been without our phone going on two weeks. My father is an 86 year old living alone. We need to be able to contact him. Question 1. When can I expect services to be restored ?. 2 what compensation can I expect for prolonged outage? When I reported outage I was told that it was not AT&T issue and to send a tech prepare to pay 99.$ if issue was ours. Since they have determined it was AT&T issue but still no resolution. I am obviously frustrated.

You're not communicating with AT&T; this is a customer-based forum. Go to Walmart and get a prepaid cell phone until your issue is resolved. Also file an FCC complaint if AT&T is not responding to the problem.
