Promotional Card
I tried to use my Promotional Card today and it wouldn't work. It wouldn't even accept it after I entered the 4 digit pin. The number on the back doesn't have the option of speaking to a live person!

I have talked to the Promotional Card people 5 times to get my card fixed I have not been able to use the card yesterday i called them and they said they fixed it so i ordered something but when i checked this morning it was cancelled. it said lack to fund which is wrong I have a balance of 301. got a hold of a live person is a joke
