Spectrum scam calls
I get between 3 to 10 calls a day from these Spectrum scammers with heavy Indian accents. I have tried to block them, however, AT&T only allows 100 calls to be blocked then you have to delete old numbers to add new numbers. Why does AT&T not provide me with more tools to filter out these scam calls. This is on my business line so I have to answer the phone. What can I do? What are my options.

Those spam calls come from spoofed numbers so it is almost impossible to filter them out because the number called from is constantly changing. Somehow your phone number was picked up and is on some dark web list that was sold to scammer/spammers/phishers. All you can really do is not answer the calls and delete them immediately. If you respond in any manner, they know they have a "live one" and will keep calling.
