Unlock iPhone 12

Use AT&T's unlock portal. If the phone meets the unlock requirements, you should be able to unlock it if you are within the U.S. borders. Outside of the U.S., you may have to use a VPN.

What that’s VPN HOW TO USE?

First of all, where did you purchase the iPhone? Second of all, to unlock a phone on the AT&T network you need to use the unlock portal which is on AT&T's website. Sorry, I don't have the link readily on hand but I'm sure someone else will post it.

There is a list of unlock requirements that your phone must meet before your phone is even eligible for unlocking. If your phone meets those requirements, then use the portal. However, quite often you have to be in the U.S. to use the portal and if not (I see you're in Sweden), then some have had success using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) which "tricks" the U.S. servers into thinking that your connection is coming from somewhere in the continental U.S.

@Alalihossam  You don't understand what? Where did you purchase the phone?

If ATTHelp sends you a DM (Direct Message), then you will see a message bubble to the left of the bell icon and it will have a flashing red dot to indicate that there is a message waiting for you. They are time sensitive so you need to keep checking and then respond quickly. That is how ATTHelp can communicate with you privately instead of here, on a very public forum.

Lifeline and ACP programs. The phones are refurbished and some have limited options.
