Hola, tengo un teléfono de su compañía que dejaron unos clientes en España, necesito liberarlo ya que aquí no existe At&t y su página de desbloqueo no funciona (https://www.att.com/es-us/deviceunlock/unlockstep1)

El IMEI es ( Edited as per community guidelines)

Hello, I have a phone from your company that was left by some clients in Spain, I need to unlock it since At&t does not exist here,and your unlock page is not workingThe IMEI is ( Edited as per community guidelines)

As you mentioned that, the device is from a third party ; we recommend that you contact the device owner for assistance.

 

Furthermore, if the device was purchased from AT&T, it must meet all unlock eligibility requirements in order to be eligible for to unlock.
