View bill without having phone number
Hi all, I got a phone that is carrier locked with AT&T and I want to view and pay the remaining dues. I don't have AT&T phone. When I submit unlock request, it says you have remaining unpaid dues. Can someone help me with this? Looking forward to it. Thanks

@river_storm This is a common scam. Only the original owner of the phone/account can pay off the balance. AT&T can't and won't tell you what is owed or who still owes it due to privacy and other reasons. Eventually the phone will be blacklisted and you won't be able to use it all on any network. Get your money back.

AT&T will not tell you about someone else's account and bill. That is none of your business, sharing it would be a violation.
Return phone and get money back, if you can. Seller defaulted on their bill and sells you a brick since not only will AT&T not unlock it but it is expected to blacklisted eventually for not being paid off.
Be more careful about your phone purchases in the future, especially where you get them.
