White Pages Listing??? - still in 2024??

I have a bill for $6.48/ month.  I have no idea what it's for (from a business that was purchased) and when I call the billing number on the invoice 1-844-211-2648 no one that answers knows what the bill is for. I give them the account number and they say that's not a valid account number. Well, guess what that account number has been getting $6.48/ month for probably 20years!
What is this bill for, please help me to get it cancelled/ removed.
